Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses worldwide. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding where we deliver.

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

Shipping costs are based on the weight, the size and the object’s fragility of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the desired products to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large, heavy or fragile items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Returns & Exchanges

At WOW Moment Creation Ltd., we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our customized products, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns if they arrive damaged or faulty. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will not be accepted for items that are made according to your specifications unless they are defective.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and jewelry such as earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: WOW Moment Creation Ltd, Unit 4, Donaghmore, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. Please return items in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at contact@wowmoment.eu so we can quickly assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.
